3. Client Engagements & Contracts

Specific engineering projects, deliverables, timelines, fee structures, and service level agreements (SLAs) are governed by project-specific Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) executed between KraftCodes and the client.

In the event of any conflict between these general website Terms and a signed MSA or SOW, the terms of the signed MSA or SOW shall take precedence for that specific engagement.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

KraftCodes Website Content: All branding, original text, design assets, website source code, and logo marks on kraftcodes.com are the exclusive intellectual property of KraftCodes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Client Project Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise specified in a formal MSA or SOW, all custom source code, proprietary algorithms, database schemas, and technical deliverables developed by KraftCodes specifically for a client upon full payment transfer exclusively to that client.

5. Zero-Cookie & Privacy Policy

KraftCodes prioritizes user privacy and minimalist data collection:
